How fast do you ship?
Depends on the order. We like to say 2-3 working days. Some larger custom orders take a bit longer. Often times with smaller stock design orders we can ship out 1-2 day but it's advisable to let us know if you need them in a hurry (no rush charge applied).

Is shipping free?
All orders for our stock designs over $200 qualify for free shipping. This is automatically calculated at the time of purchase. All orders under $200 are calculated by our shopping cart at the point of checkout and are clearly indicated before purchase is made. Our prices give a choice of USPS or UPS and are calculated by those companies respectively.

I want to get the quantity discount but I don't want to order them all with the same design. Can I mix and match?

Is your shopping cart safe?
Our shopping cart is 'Miva'. It's safe, secure and encrypted. Even we don't get to see the credit card numbers. It's gateway protected by our merchant services company. See Our Guarantee

Can I place an order without using the shopping cart?
Yes. You can call us and place it over the phone or via email. Contact us

Is my customer information private?
We NEVER spam you or sell your user information. (we hate spam as much as you do). The only reason we ask for an email address is to send you a confirmation receipt and shipping notice for your convenience. Our Guarantee

Do you take checks?
Yes, You can mail us a cashiers check or personal check. But please contact us in advance, we will give you a specific mailing address for this. Personal checks take two weeks to clear though. Contact us
