Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
Typically 2-3 working days. Often times we beat this deadline but it's advisable to let us know if you need them in a hurry (no rush charge applied). Larger custom orders can occasionally take a little longer.
Free Shipping:
All stock design orders over $200 have free shipping. This is automatically calculated at the time of purchase. Our prices give a choice of USPS or UPS and are calculated by those companies respectively.
If you wish to return goods, all returned goods (except custom print orders) are accepted but must be unused and undamaged. A full refund will be given for the cost of the items returned, however, Shipping cannot be refunded. Orders over $200.00 will have a 10% restocking fee. This is because bigger orders typically take a long time to re stock.
Incorrect order or damaged goods:
If you receive goods that have been damaged in shipping, or If you have received an incorrect order simply call us within 14 days and we will resend the missing or damaged goods.
Custom printed returns:
We cannot offer refunds on custom printed orders. However, if a custom order was printed incorrectly by us, we will reprint the order no charge. In some cases we supply a proof first. If you accepted the proof (online or printed) then wish to return an order for refund, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
International orders:
International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is a necessary factor of ordering from overseas. We do not apply these international taxes at the time of purchase. Please bear in mind that the unpredictable nature of customs can affect a delivery deadline, and that is beyond our control.
