Shipping:
All orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Larger orders can take a day ot two longer. Custom orders 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available when you place your order with our shopping cart or over the phone. (no rush charge applied).

Free Shipping:
All stock design orders over $200 (after all discounts are applied) qualify for free shipping. This is automatically calculated at the time of purchase. All orders under $200 are calculated by our shopping cart at the point of checkout and are clearly indicated before purchase is made. Our prices give a choice of USPS or UPS and are calculated by those companies respectively.

Please note: Custom print orders do NOT qualify for free shipping

Incorrect order or damaged goods or :
If you receive goods that have been damaged in shipping, or If you have received an incorrect order simply call us and arrange to return it within 14 days. Humperbumper will send out an exchange immediately and refund your shipping expense.

Other returns:
If you wish to return goods for any other reason than the above, all returned goods are accepted but must be undamaged. A full refund will be given for the cost of the item/s returned, however, Shipping will not be refunded for this type of returned goods.

Custom printed returns:
We cannot offer custom order refunds. However, if a custom order was printed incorrectly, we will reprint the order after establishing what we can do to satisfy your needs. If you accepted a proof (online or printed) then wish to return an order for refund , unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

International orders:
International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil of ordering from overseas. We do not apply these international taxes at the time of purchase.
